Dispatch operators ensure jobs are secured by assigned security officers and fill in for absences due to emergencies or illnesses. The center also tracks attendance, compiles incident reports, and provides immediate access to emergency services when needed.

Our security officers use smartphones or tablets with streamlined reporting software to create and send electronic reports to customers via email or website access. These devices remind officers of their duties and expectations, enabling instant reports with time-stamped photos, audio, and notes. The system promotes active engagement by requiring officers to conduct constant foot patrols and scan GPS-tagged checkpoints, preventing any fabrication of their tours. This technology ensures accountability and enhances overall security effectiveness.

However, the company stakeholders actively participate full-time in the organization’s operations.
